Decoding the consumer timeline for a project will vary depending on 4 factors. 1) How much data and knowledge do you already have? 2) How many products for the brand are we considering? 3) What’s the size and Geo footprint of the brand. 4) Knowledge of market segment caps. Typically for small businesses or early on start ups, this will be 2 to 3 months for Decoding the consumer. For medium size businesses or start ups looking to pivot this can vary greatly from 2 months, to upwards of 6 months.

We typically suggest at least a 7 month plan with 2 months for planning and prep. 2 months of testing and optimizing. 1 month of change and continual testing.
